Leach Construction of Vermont is a family owned and operated company. Andy Leach, founder, has devoted his 26-year career to building, and, with his brothers and wife, has grown the award-winning business to what it is today.
The company owes its accomplishments to a true team effort and total commitment. Taking a “hands on” approach, Andy and Todd manage from the field, executing projects from foundation through to the finish trim. Judy is responsible for design and business operations.
The entire team brings a diverse professional background that contributes to the overall success of each job. Our team includes talented and dedicated crew members, subcontractors, energy consultants, suppliers, and architects.
